  • Standard Shipping (12.95 USD): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our fulfillment center.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after it leaves our fulfillment center.

Please note: The above delivery times are estimates. Shipping to Asia and certain remote regions may not be available. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way to your vibrant sanctuary.

Our Returns & Exchanges Journey

We want you to be utterly delighted with your finds. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit for your space. Our policy is designed with care, transparency, and your complete satisfaction in mind.

  • Return & Exchange Window: We happily accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same perfect condition they arrived in.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a trackable service.

A Note on Final Sale Items:

To preserve the magic and uniqueness of our hand-picked items, the following products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All items from the “All Live Plants + Planters” menu category.
  • Select personalized items from the “All Gifts” menu category.

The Returns & Exchanges Process: A Step-by-Step Guide

Within 15 days of delivery, please reach out to our heart-centered customer care team at [email protected].

Please include your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. This helps us assist you quickly.

2Await Instructions & Ship Your Return

We will promptly email you a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship your package.

Please do not ship your return without an RMA number, as we cannot process it without one.

Securely pack the unused item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA email, and mail it to the address we provide.

3Our Processing & Your Refund/Exchange

Once our returns tribe receives your package, we will gently inspect it. Upon approval, we will process your request:

  • For Refunds: Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • For Exchanges: We will ship your requested replacement item to you.

Refund Timeline & Method

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it arrives at our fulfillment center. After processing:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) Refunds: The refund will be issued to your original card. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be fully reflected in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
  • PayPal Refunds: The refund will be issued to your PayPal account. This process is typically completed within 3-5 business days after we process it.
