• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Typically arrives within 15-25 business days after leaving our fulfillment center.

Shipping Limitations

Currently, we do not ship to Asia and certain remote regions. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is dispatched.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be utterly delighted with your finds. Our returns policy is designed with care and transparency.

Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition they arrived.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• All items from the “All Live Plants + Planters” category
• Select personalized items from the “All Gifts” category

Return Process

1. Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number.
2. We will provide a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
3. Securely pack the item(s) with original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation.
4. Ship your return to the provided address using a trackable service (return shipping is customer’s responsibility).

Refunds

Upon approval of your return:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return
• Card refunds may take 5-10 additional business days to appear in your account
• PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
